The KRDP Trustees, committee members and friends recently returned from a very successful visit to Uganda.
For two of our trustees this was their first visit and judging by their reactions will certainly not be the last! Read about Sarah’s first impressions of Uganda.
Here are a few pictures to give the flavour of how things are progressing…
- The new science block at Kimaluli High School is our major project in 2009.
- Kimaluli High School science block will provide three clasrooms and a laboratory for teaching science.
- Our Chicken project is intended to improve the way in which chickens are kept, to produce more eggs and meat.
- Chicken project – as new chicks are born, they will be passed to new keepers and so the project will grow
- Our second protected spring, which uses a simple hand pump to withdraw water.
